Good morning everyone!
Now, when I have got my equipment, I've decided to make a plan! Would be nice to exercise 3 times a week, but at first I'd decided to make more realistic goal. One time per week!
Then.. I choose to do whole body training and some Ab training, so I've bought 2 disks of Cathe Friedrich: "Basic Step+Body Fusion" and "Core Max". Equipment needed: step, floor mat, stability ball, 8-pound medicine ball (I have 4-pound one (no, seriously)), dumbbells, tubing strap. Cathe is my favourite trainer at the moment!
So.. Let's start!!! I will definitely share how it went!
