Lately noticed there is some kind of Zumba revival in the world of fitness. Watched some videos , read some articles. I find it kind of very interesting. I think it's very similar to Step aerobic, I mean in general. A lot of moving and dancing. Pretty entertaining to watch. Maybe I should try once. I believe it's a lot of fun and a great exercise. Any advices?
